Kanye West Dragged Into Messy Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Divorce Case

Kanye West is now officially a part of his girlfriend Kim Kardashian’s divorce case from Kris Humphries.

Humphries’ attorney Marshall Waller made the Louis Vuitton Don sit for a deposition Wednesday in a case that seems to be getting messier by the day.

Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries,” says Kardashian attorney Laura Wasser. “These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don’t think Kris has a case, it’s a fishing expedition.

According to TMZ, Waller and Humphries are now asking about the prenup Kris signed, which gives him nothing. Waller has yet to depose Kardashian.

Waller told the judge on Wednesday that “All she has to do is agree to an annulment.” However, he did notify the judge that the witnesses he wanted to depose were making it difficult for him because these people are hard to locate.”

Humphries is also demanding that Kardashian return the $750,000, 20.5 carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring. So far Kardashian has refused to do so.

Kardashian has been trying to get divorced for over a year and a half after seperating from Humpries 72 days into the marriage.

Rihanna’s ‘Unapologetic’ Debuts At No. 1 With 238K Sold In 1st Week. Nicki Minaj’s ‘Re-Up’ Sells 34K

Rihanna got the big debut everyone expected for her new album Unapologetic. The album sold 238,000 copies according to Nielsen SoundScan, giving the singer her biggest 1st week sales ever, earning the Bajan beauty her very first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart according to Billboard.

The 24-year old superstar celebrated the good news with her 26 million Twitter followers.

Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up moved 34,501 copies according to HitsDailyDouble

Minaj blamed the low sales total on three of the nations biggest retailers.

It is hard to get the album because the stores basically said that the last few re-releases they had put out did not do well and they didn’t want to take a chance,” she said in a recent appearance The Breakfast Club. “So, Target and Walmart is not selling the album. Target is actually my biggest retailer — they’ve always been my biggest retailer. They’ve sold the most Nicki Minaj albums ever, so, thank you, Target. But I wish you could’ve sold this one.”

As for Best Buy, the retailer “only took limited [quantities] because they’re like ‘Oh we don’t know, we want to play it safe,’ so it’s very difficult and it kind of sets you up to fail,” she said, adding that some of her fans “have been driving hours, literally hours, to get one CD. But it is what it is, and I appreciate the support, and I’m excited about the music.”

Walmart spokesperson Veronica Marshall told Spin.com that they would would have carried the album had Nicki offered an edited version, which she did not.

We do not carry any music that has a parental advisory label on it,” said Marshall. “However, we carry edited versions of those music titles. That album did not come with an edited option, so that’s why Walmart isn’t carrying that album.

The Re-Up is a re-release of Nicki’s Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded album. It came with eight new songs.
